INFORMATION POINTS FOR VISITORS
The Museum has two Information Desks for visitors (Velarde Reception and Modern Wing Reception).
The Information Points offer free leaflets with information on the collection, the exhibitions, the educational programs and other activities organized by the Museum.
Likewise the surveillance staff distributed on the different floors can also inform the guest on recommended routes and serve as support.
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The Museum organizes different activities for different target groups: schools, teachers, kids, teenagers, families, adults and individuals with functional diversity.
REST AREAS
The Museum has different areas reserved for resting: at the entrance of the Modern Wing, as well as a lounge located in the ground floor of Palacio de Velarde.
There are banks distributed all over different rooms of the Museum as well.
DESKS FOR CONSULTATIONS
The Museum has different Information Points at which visitors can consult the different publications of the Museum.
SALE OF PUBLICATIONS
At the reception desk of Palacio de Velarde, a sales desk sells publications as well as other materials (post cards, calendars, etc.).
LIBRARY
The Museum Library is one of Asturias' main History of Art research centres. Upon request, it opens for researchers, students and the general public.
SHARE YOUR OPINION
The Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias offers its guests at both reception desks sheets to share their opinions.
